01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pcluck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the pcluck website at pcluck.net and any associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

pcluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms apply to all areas of the pcluck platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot machine games, sports betting, cricket betting, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus programmes, customer support interactions, and any promotional activities conducted by pcluck.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severed clause.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pcluck in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use pcluck:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are registering and accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business, organisation, or any other third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pcluck, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pcluck or any other gambling platform where such exclusion remains in force.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress at the time of creating your account or making any wager.

pcluck operates a strict age verification programme. At first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time pcluck deems necessary — you will be required to provide government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Documents must be current, legible, and in your legal name as registered on your pcluck account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pcluck may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active pcluck account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where pcluck identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person — whether through shared device, shared IP address, matching personal details, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited at pcluck's sole discretion pending investigation.

Registration Information

When registering an account on pcluck, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to keep this information up to date and to notify pcluck promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting support@pcluck.net.

pcluck is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player. Where a payment cannot be processed to the player's registered details as a result of outdated information, the delay is the sole responsibility of the player.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pcluck support immediately at support@pcluck.net. pcluck will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account lock pending verification.

Registered Name & Payment Method Matching

The name on your pcluck account must match the name registered to your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account). Deposits and withdrawals from or to accounts bearing a name that does not match your pcluck registration will not be processed. This requirement exists to protect players from unauthorised account use and is a standard anti-fraud measure applied consistently across all accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pcluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed and settled in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions conducted in BDT. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pcluck account within 5 to 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating institution. If a deposit has not appeared in your pcluck wallet within the stated timeframe, contact support at support@pcluck.net with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method within 24 to 72 hours of request submission, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. pcluck does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Withdrawals are paid only to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with standard anti-money-laundering protocols.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies across all payment methods.
• Your account must have successfully completed age and identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before the bonus-related portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• pcluck reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk or suspicious.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pcluck offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new account holders and ongoing reload bonuses for existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. These bonus-specific terms form part of the overall agreement between you and pcluck.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• A wagering requirement is the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier on the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means ৳3,000 in qualifying wagers on a ৳100 bonus).
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published on the relevant promotion page. Live casino and slot contributions may differ from one another.

Promotional offers published on pcluck are intended for genuine entertainment purposes and for players who engage with the platform in good faith. pcluck monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers, or to restrict individual accounts from bonus participation, where patterns suggest systematic bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pcluck platform — including live casino titles from Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution Gaming, slot games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and all other games in the lobby — operate according to the individual rules published by their respective game studios. Players are advised to review the in-game rules panel before participating in any unfamiliar game.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on pcluck (slot games, virtual table games, instant-win games) use certified random number generation technology independently verified by the game provider's regulatory authority. pcluck does not modify or interfere with game outcomes. Live Casino

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and pcluck's right to suspend a market at any time without prior notice in the event of a technical issue, data feed interruption, or sporting event irregularity.

Void Bets & Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not meet the minimum completion criteria specified in the Sportsbook Rules, affected bets will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account balance. Settlement timelines depend on the speed at which the governing sporting body officially confirms the event result or cancellation.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using pcluck, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pcluck platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors in game software, pricing errors in betting markets, or any technical vulnerability of the platform. Winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of any illegal activity, or any transaction that violates international financial regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract data or source code from the pcluck platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, using a VPN or any other tool to disguise your actual location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pcluck staff or other platform users through any support or communication channel.

pcluck employs continuous monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, pcluck reserves the right to take immediate remedial action including, but not limited to, account suspension, balance freeze, voiding of pending bets, recovery of incorrectly credited funds, and permanent account closure without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct will not be entitled to any refund of genuine deposits held at the time of closure.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your pcluck account at any time by contacting support@pcluck.net. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of a voluntary closure request, after deducting any pending bonus obligations, will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a separate process under the Responsible Gaming Policy and are given processing priority over all other account matters.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by pcluck

pcluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that pcluck determines to be fraudulent or unjustified.
• Identification of a prohibited duplicate account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by pcluck due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Genuine deposits — verified as untainted funds not obtained through prohibited conduct — will be returned to the depositing payment method following investigation completion. No bonus funds, free spin winnings, or promotional credits will be returned in the event of a Terms violation closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pcluck will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy maintenance fee. Dormancy maintenance fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis. Any remaining balance following deductions will be returned to the player upon verified request at any time.
