05 Player Protection Tools

pcluck provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools that you can activate at any time by contacting our support team at support@pcluck.net. All limit requests are processed within 24 hours (BST, UTC+6). Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect, giving you time to reconsider.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your pcluck account within a given timeframe — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. You can set limits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or as a fixed number of transactions. Loss Limits

Set a cap on the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Self-Exclusion Options
